Only 40% of engineering time is productive, and 36% of engineers leave organizations because of bad developer experience as organizations try to adopt cloud native technologies and practices! Platform Engineering overcomes those challenges through “Golden Path” templates that operationalize DevSecOps and SRE practices. But - don't just build a Platform - as this is bound to fail! 🎙️ In this session, we have Andreas (Andi) Grabner, CNCF Ambassador, who will be sharing what he has seen from organizations around the globe that made them build successful IDPs (Internal Development Platforms). It's all about solving developers' pain points, having a straightforward way to measure the impact, starting with a TVP, providing a good user experience, and making sure everything is observable!
